• Conduct thorough financial audits to ensure compliance with GAAP and GAAS standards
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights on regulatory requirements
• Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate financial records and support internal audits
• Conduct substantive tests, analytical procedures, and ratio analysis for significant audit areas
• Evaluate client internal controls in compliance with requirements
• Collaborate with team members to enhance financial management processes and risk assessments
• Prepare consultations in respect of disclosure about complex accounting transactions
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding
• Review SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K, to ensure adequacy of disclosures and verify consistency of reporting with audit results

• Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 20 months of experience in Public Accounting
• Solid understanding of audit services, with knowledge of GAAP and GAAS regulations
• CPA certification or eligibility to sit for the CPA exams
