Position Title: Audit Senior
Salary: $146100.00/Year plus employee standard benefits
Job Location: 90 Washington Valley Road, Bedminster, NJ 07921
Position Duties
- Conduct thorough financial audits to ensure compliance with GAAP and GAAS standards
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights on regulatory requirements
- Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate financial records and support internal audits
- Collaborate with team members to enhance financial management processes and risk assessments
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding
- Review SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K, to ensure adequacy of disclosures and to verify consistency of reporting with audit results
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 6 years experience as Audit Senior
- A solid understanding of audit services, with knowledge of GAAP and GAAS regulations
- Travel within the United States, primarily to California(CA) and Texas (TX)
- Internationally to travel to Mexico, Japan, Malaysia and China.
